About

👋 I’m Hervé. This blog is a personal space where I document my journey as an ecommerce architect learning how to work with AI rather than around it.

Over the years, I’ve been building digital commerce experiences, shaping systems, connecting tools, and trying to make complex platforms feel simple, fast, and reliable. What I enjoy most is not just the technology itself, but the way it serves real people: customers who want clarity, teams who need efficiency, and businesses that need to grow without losing their identity.

Lately, my work has been shifting.

AI is now part of the toolbox. Sometimes as a helper, sometimes as a collaborator, and sometimes as a quiet accelerator that changes how I think and build. This doesn’t replace the fundamentals of ecommerce architecture. It adds a new layer: faster exploration, better synthesis, and new ways to connect ideas that used to take much longer to surface.

The phrase “AI-augmented ecommerce architect” is not a title I chose to sound different. It’s simply the most honest way I can describe this transition: still an architect, still focused on systems and commerce, still hands on but now working with AI as an active part of the process.

This blog is not meant to be a guide or a manifesto. It’s more like a working journal.

You’ll find notes on architecture, experimentation, patterns, mistakes, and small discoveries. Some posts will be technical, others more reflective. All of them are part of the same attempt: to understand how our craft evolves when intelligence becomes something we can collaborate with.

If you’re here, welcome.

Feel free to read, question, disagree, or adapt anything you find. That’s also part of the process.
